How many units do I need?
One per litter box. Two boxes means two units — the number of boxes drives it, not the number of cats. Most homes run two.
Is it safe around cats?
Yes. There is no fragrance, no essential oils, no moving parts, no heat and nothing your cat can get into. It is designed to run continuously in rooms you and your cat live in.
The one place not to use it is an enclosed space with a bird, rabbit or other small caged animal. Output that is fine in an open room is not fine inside a cage — birds in particular have far more sensitive respiratory systems than a cat. If someone in the house has a respiratory condition, put the unit in the room with the litter box and keep the door open rather than in a bedroom.
Will the noise bother my cat?
There is no fan and no moving parts, so there is nothing to hear. Most cats walk past it without registering it.
How long until I notice a difference?
Most people notice within 24 to 48 hours. If soft surfaces near the box have been absorbing odor for a long time, wash them once and you will get there faster.
Do I have to buy refills?
No. No filters, no cartridges, no refills, no subscription. It runs on roughly $3 of electricity a year.
Where do I plug it in?
The nearest outlet to the litter box. That is the whole setup — there is no app and no pairing. The green light means it is running.
Does it work for dogs, or general pet odor?
It works on the same odor compounds regardless of which animal produced them. We test and talk about it in the context of litter boxes because that is the problem we built it for.
When will my order arrive?
Orders leave within one to two business days and typically arrive in five to eight business days. You get tracking as soon as it ships. We ship to the United States only.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email PurePawsGroup@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full. You do not need to ship anything back.
Do you have reviews?
Not yet, and we are not going to make them up. Every review that appears here will come from a real order with the date it was placed, and negative ones stay up.
