Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

The United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

How much it costs

$6.95 flat rate on single units. Free on orders of $60 or more, which covers the 2-unit and 3-unit packs.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days after that. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than five business days, email PurePawsGroup@gmail.com and we will chase it for you.

If something arrives damaged

Send us a photo at PurePawsGroup@gmail.com and we will ship a replacement. You do not need to return the damaged unit.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery. If it hasn't made a difference, email us and we refund you in full — and you keep the unit. There is nothing to package up and nothing to pay for.

Wrong address?

Email us within a few hours of ordering and we can usually correct it before the order is picked. Once it has shipped we can't reroute it.
