This website is operated by PurePaws. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to PurePaws. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to use this site or purchase from it. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. A breach of any of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access.

2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We have made every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Product dimensions and specifications are approximate.

Our units are designed to reduce airborne odour around a litter box. They are a household convenience product. They are not a medical device, they are not an air treatment device for any health condition, and nothing on this site should be taken as a health claim or as medical advice.

3. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, and to discontinue any product at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and refund you in full.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order you warrant that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorised to use them. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is taken at the time of order.
